Yumms premium hamburger press is made of hard durable plastic and is BPA-Free. I can't believe how well this works. I thought I could make patties by hand just as well but I was wrong. This little gadget makes great patties that stay together while on the grill and cook evenly.
Remember when purchasing hamburger with a higher fat content they will shrink more, but taste better. Also don't press down on your Pattie as it cooks; it may seem tempting but restrain yourself! :)
