I love these grilling mats made by, Yumms!... I must admit that I was skeptical, A piece of cloth that is extremely thin would work so well.

Boy was I pleasently surprised!

I've used these mats several times in the oven and on my grill. They are wonderful for making smoked boneless pork ribs. The ribs turned out juicy and smokey, I think the mat helped to keep them juicy because the drippings tend to puddle around the meat instead of falling through the grates, Vegetables also cook really well on the mat and you don't have to worry about them falling through the grates.

Tip: They work better if you don't use any oil; But if you do use oil you just have to work a little harder to clean them up.

Another great plus is clean-up.

Clean up is easy, and the mat washes clean without any hard scrubbing.
