I LOVE this digital meat thermometer, It is so easy to use! You just put it in the thickest part of the meat, away from fat and bone, and turn it on. Within seconds you'll notice the temperature going up on the display.

I truly feel this product should be in ever home! Last night for the first night ever I didnt have to cut my chicken open to make sure it was done. It resulted in a moist chicken and one very happy family! This product puts me at ease knowing that my food is fully cooked and no one will be getting sick from under cooked meat. So happy to have this as a part of my kitchen.

Pros: easy to use, Accurate, quickly displays correct temperature.

Cons: none that I've seen.
