I want to start out by saying that I don't work in the medical field, although I did intend to, and did take some hands on courses; with that being said this is a great product for the home, office, field, or for educational purposes. It is very precise and easy to use. I use this daily in my own home and it has yet to let me down.

NO LATEX! 

The best feature is that this is a Nylon cuff; meaning this cuff IS latex free. I personally have a allergy to latex so this was extremely important in deciding which one is right for me and my family.
