This all-purpose Rash Guard shirt is amazing, this is my first experience with a rash guard shirt, It is pretty cool because it can be used for so many things! It works as a compression shirt; because of it's form ditto g shape, and can be used as a base layer when it is cold outside. It can also be used as a swim and sun protection shirt, with a UPF 50+ rating. I really love when clothing serves multiple purposes! Made from a combination of nylon and spandex, it is a great shirt for running and other athletic activities.   

As a mother always on-the-go, I love being able to wear a comfortable shirt while wearing my baby wrap, or while running and keeping up with my toddler. 

I really like this shirt and I know you will too. A+ recommendation!
