I LOVE using this product, Petunia Skincare has out done themselves. These days it's harder and harder to decide which product is above all the rest. I've tried several different eye serums trying to find the perfect one. And this one stands out to me above all others.

Without giving away my age, I will admit under my eyes is the #1 issue that I've spent hundreds of dollars on over the years. Such a silly name, but seems to be affective.

I'm not much of a health nut. I can't speak highly enough of my MeasuPro DCT350. I can honestly say I would be lost without it, this takes all the guess work out of roasting, smoking, grilling, and frying your favorite foods.

This is extremely easy to use, simply insert the metal probe into whatever you're cooking, set the target temperature and start roasting. When your roast reaches the desired temperature, the MeasuPro DCT350 digital cooking thermometer will beep to let you know your preferred food is finished.. BAM! Perfectly cooked, with no guessing, cutting, under/over cooking; just perfectly cooked meat! 

The back of the main unit has 2 strong magnets which allow it to be attached to any metallic surface, vertical or horizontal. This is a hugh plus for me; I'm known to drop things, I've even burned my old cooking thermometer by dropping it into hot coals.

When you wash the probe, you *must* be careful. The probe is a metal tube that contains a temperature sensor. At the point where the cable from the main unit enters this tube, it is sealed merely by crimping the tube. It isn't waterproof. So during washing, if you allow water around this area, it will find its way into the tube and kill the sensor. I wrap my hand tightly around the top of the probe when I wash it to prevent this from happening, I've used this several times already; which means I've washed it several times, and it's still working perfectly fine and still accurate.

The MeasuPro DCT350 allows you to know when your desired food is finished, instead of guessing. I find it an essential part of my kitchen. and I recommend it. Just be careful when you wash it, and I know you'll have years of brilliantly prepared meals.

Before getting into my personal use, I want to talk about the company. I've bought things from this company on more then one occasion. My items have arrived quickly, on or before the expected delivery day. Safely. I've always had pleasant communication and have always been happy with the service I receive.
