When I received this in the mail I was extremely excited to test it out. I have very, very long hair; that's fine, thin, and brittle... and Color treated. So I need something that's going to help my hair, with a list of benefits as long as my hair issues.

The directions indicate to apply a generous amount to damp, towle dried hair. Using your hand and fingers; beginning at scalp, and working your way to the ends. Then to leave in your hair 5-15 minutes, then rinse. Suggested use is twice a week, or to replace your regular conditioner.

As soon as I opened the jar I noticed the scent, it was very pleasant. After I got outta the shower and towle dried my hair I did apply from scalp to ends, then I used a comb and brushed everything in, removing any tangles (This wasn't that difficult, but wasn't that easy either). I left this in for the full 15mins while I shaved my legs, washed my face, applied my moisturizer... Just to take up time. Thin rinsed as directed. My hair came out very shiny, nourished and hydrated. My hair is more manageable. And one of my major hair concerns; my frizzy hair.. was a little better.

You can use this a few different ways, as a treatment 2x's a week, as a replacement to your everyday conditioner, or as a over night treatment. No matter which way you use this your hair will look more hydrated, nourished, with a healthier feel and over all better texture.
