Big slice

I have tried all 8 different Big Slice pouches, and all eight taste so delicious and refreshing; I've never had anything to compare it to. They are packaged in these ready to eat & go 4.5oz pouches, but are also sold in a shareable 19oz pouch. They are gluten free, fat free, non GMO, and are shelf stable. 

These are from an authentic heritage recipe from grandma Hoerner's family kitchen, slowly cooked big chunky slices

Cooked in their own natural sweet sauce. They bring this straight to our doorstep in a on-the-go package. The company lanched Big Slice initially into 250 super targets in January, and in February they launched into over 1,625+ Target locations. This should give you an indication of just how epic this company will become. 

Now I would like to talk a little bit about each product and my experiences. 

****Natural****

*Simplicity* This has amazing natural apple flavor and is only 70cal. Right after I took one bite the wheels in my brain started to turn, and immediately I thought of buying the 19oz sharable size and baking a apple pie. These are great for a snack by them self, or for a more rich decadent dessert you could heat them slightly and put on top of icecream.

****Cherry Vanilla****

*Happy* I LOVE vanilla, and cherries. This is a perfect pairing of two different tastes put into one on-the-go 90cal pouch. Who wouldn't feel HAPPY about this? 

****Raspberry Hibiscus & Green Coffee Extract****

*Energy* This one I wasn't to sure about before trying, I LOVE raspberries (jam, fresh fruit, or even picked right off of a bush) so I decided to give it a try!

I was pleasantly surprised, although it's not my favorite; it is very good, I put this one into my oatmeal.

****Cinnamon French Toast****

*Classic* This 80cal package has amazing flavor; with a hint of Brown sugar. These are great as a stand along snack, or mixed into yogurt, oatmeal, or on top of a whole grain waffle.

****Pineapple Pasion fruit & Fiber****

*Balance* Big Slice has out done themselves on this one, this is a brilliant combination of flavors and packed this fiber; in a discreet way where they actually have made fiber taste good.

****Blueberry Pomegranate****

*Revive* O-MY-GOODNESS!

Absolutely love, love, love this flavor. It's just made to be paired with so many different food groups. I tried this in yogurt and mixed this in. This gave me enough yogurt to eat for afew days. But I see this as the most versatile pouch out of the eight.

****Banana Mango & Hemp Seed****

*Power* now I'm not a fan of hemp seed, this is just my personal preference. So I chose not to eat this one. Instead I gave it away to my husband, and he did mention he liked it and would buy it again. This has 5g of protein to give you that added power to get through your day. 

****Boysenberry Chocolate****

*Decadent*  One word "YUM!" Before trying this I thought it would be overly sweetend, that is not the case at all. It's truly is decadent healthy treat. For some reason this just reminds me of chritmas and the hollidays with all the pies, cakes, cookies, and berries. This fills my sweet tooth, but in a healthy 70cal solution to other choices.
