The mask is a dark gray color, and has a smooth consistency. What's so great about this product is that it contains no parabens, sulfates, dyes, or perfumes.
What it does have is wonderful natural ingredients like; green tea, pomegranate, Aloe barbadensis leaf, and charcoal which helps firm skin, reduce oily skin tone, purge your skin of blackheads, and reduces the size of your Pores.
Another great bonus is the boars brush which is included with your purchase (a $20 value). The brush is wonderful for applications. Goes on evenly without wasting any of the product.
When you put it on you'll only need a thin application. I did notice a tingling feeling but it wasn't overwhelming. And did pass shortly afterwards. The instructions say to leave it on 5-15mins. Mine dried quickly, and washed off easily. It fits into my busy life perfectly. I apply it while doing a few things around the house and simply wash away after it has fully dried.
I've seen a reduction in the size of my poses on my nose, and a more tight firm feeling. I'm extremely happy with the results I've experienced.
