The price for this pulse oximeter is amazing, really who knew that you can have affordable and reliable all in one. It runs on 2 AAA batteries, which are included, the batteries that were included has lasted quite a while longer then I thought they would.
The finger grip is soft rubber and it only takes a few seconds to get an accurate reading. I do wish the spring was a little more easy to open and close, if you plan to use this in a work atmosphere I might would suggest spending the extra money on a different one, but for hone use this is perfect.
