Silicone Baking Mat, US Half Sheet 11-1/32 x 16-17/32 Inches
I'm very impressed with how well this baking mat compares to higher priced baking mats or sheets; simaler to the Silpat. This mat is 11.5" x 17" in length (11-1/32 x 16-17/32 to be exact).
This mat claims to be completely non-stick, and that statement has definitely been proven right with every use. The mat is very flexible and washes easily. The mat can be used from -40°F to 480°F and is also professional grade and FDA approved.
I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this product for the price it's currently listed at. Cookie come out perfectly done and easily slide off the sheet without using any sprays. Meats such as chicken, pork and beef end up juice and cooked through without ever burning the bottom.
I would highly recommend this product, the price is unbearable and the quality is fantastic and has stood up to higher priced mats/sheets side by side.
Please note that using a cutter or knife on the mat may cut through this, and isn't advised.
