My husband suffers from irritable bowel syndrome, and has off and on for several years. there are many different types of medications to treat it, none he has used have completely satisfied him.

Being a great wife that I am, I began researching dietary supplements and came across Zahler and their Magnesium supplement. 

What you receive is 60 200mg easy to swallow capsules. It's recommended to take two daily with meals. (I would recommend plenty of water as well) he takes it about thirty minutes before a meal and hasn't had any issues with upset stomach in weeks.

Since using this product he tells me he's had less issues with constipation and his stomach has felt more healthy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with constipation issues as it has helped him out greatly.
