About six months ago I went to my doctor and was told I have a Vitamin D deficiency. I'm lactose intolerant as well so adding milk in my diet wasn't an option. It's also really shaded where I live so I don't get that much sunlight, so I decided to look online to see what supplements were available and came across High Potency Vitamin D3 by AdvantaVita.
After taking this supplement I have had more energy and my moods have improved noticeably. If I skip taking it for a few days (which I rarely do) I do notice a difference without it.
This is an easy to swallow softgel, and a great value for 240 gel caps. There is no after taste nor does it cause indigestion or an upset stomach. These gel caps are organic as well. After taking this my Vitamin D level is back up and I feel better and happier than before.
