Silymarin Milk Thistle Extract Liver Support 1000 Mg - Liver Detox & Cleanse - Certified & Tested - 90 Capsules - Review

I have several different health issues, one of them being that I am a stomach cancer survivor. After I found everything out I made some huge lifestyle changes; mainly with my diet and day-to-day activities. It's been close to five years and I just started bringing different foods back into my diet and alcohol back into my lifestyle. I knew I needed to maintain my health, but still wanted to have a drink when I wanted one (after several years I feel like I deserve it).

In full disclosure I never have even heard of milk Thistle before; until about a month ago. When I came across Critical Nutrition's silymarin milk thistle extract for liver support and jumped into researching the benefits, sure enough after comparing it to several others on amazon this one sounded the best.

Use/Results:
I started taking this as soon as it arrived. After only a few days I started to feel more relaxed. The best part is that after only 2 weeks I not only started to feel better but have had more energy. I don't feel as sluggish throughout the day, and I'm even sleeping better at night.. WOW!!!! With this supplement I know my liver is healthy and running better, functioning better!
Milk Thistle is a wonderful detoxifier I would recommend this to anyone that is suffering from ANY KIND OF LIVER PROBLEM. And to treat with diet, exercise and milk thistle.
