Gurin GO-410 Finger Pulse Oximeter

My mother was diagnosed with COPD recently and her DR ordered that we purchase a blood oxygen meter. Lucky I had the chance to review this item. 

Who knew that affordable and reliable pulse oximeters were available for use at home? This one is compact and easy to take anywhere.

It runs on 2 AAA batteries, which are included, and I recommend getting good-quality batteries.

The finger grip is soft rubber and it only takes a few seconds to get an accurate reading of oxygen saturation and pulse rate. The LCD screen is very legible and If there is a problem with a reading, an error message is displayed and there is a low battery indicator, as well.

It appears to be accurate over repeated readings, I compared the reading from Gurin to the one used at the hospital. I received the same reading each time.
