AYL® Silicone Heat Resistant Grilling BBQ Gloves Set

These silicone oven/grill gloves by AYL are the best! I love using silicone when baking and cooking so it makes sense to use these gloves as a replacement to my old fabric mitts or pot holders I've had around my house for years.

As soon as these arrived at my door step (with a very quick delivery I will add) I opened them up right away, but my daughter's were first to try them out. My two year old daughter took them right away a ran through the house with it on her hand while pretenting to be a monster saying "Grrrr" and "Arggg".. then she handed it off to my 7month old baby girl, that loved chewing on it BTW..

Finally I able to fully check out my new addition to my kitchen/grilling needs, and just in time for dinner!

In full disclosure; I have the Ove Glove and have owned it for close to two years, and absolutely hate it because you can't get any dampness on them or you steam burn your hands and they are super stained from repeated use. These gloves can withstand heat upto 425° without getting burned. My favorite feature is that they are silicone so they are dishwasher or handwash safe; meaning I can pick up the meat at hot temperatures, turn meat, get balding dishes in and out of my oven, pour boiling water with ease, and of course grill without burning myself. Another thing I like is that it covers my wrists, so I have extra protection against different heat elements.

Lastly I want to talk a little bit about the fit, my husband has large hands and these work very well with picking up or turning meat on the grill, and I have small short hands. These are a one size fits all glove, and I've read afew reviews that say they are cumbersome, I dont find it this way at all. It is very easy to use. And fits very well.
